U8 - U9 Uniform Policy
FPSA will supply U8/U9 teams with FPSA approved uniform. U10 - U14 teams will need to purchase the FPSA approved uniforms. Uniforms include Jersey (with small number on front and large number on back), Shorts (with logo on left thigh) and Socks.
Socks should last each player through the entire season and should not be turned back in with the uniform. If there are new players in the spring, they will receive a set of socks with their uniform rental.
Each U8/U9 team is required to provide the Uniform Admin with a check for the replacement cost of the uniforms. This check will be returned after each season once the uniforms have been returned. Checks will need to be provided each time the uniform is loaned out to a U8/U9 team. If uniforms are not returned by the below dates, rental checks will be cashed and uniforms will be the player's to keep.
Jersey and Shorts are to be returned at the end of each season by:
Fall = November 1st
Winter = March 15th
Spring = July 1st
U10 - U14 Uniform ordering:
Coaches (U10 - U14) can contact Frontline directly for uniforms and sizing sessions. Frontline asks that you do not have parents place orders for uniforms seperately.
Frontline will come out to a practice to size each player for a uniform. Please be aware there is at least a 2 month lead time on uniform arrivals. Therefore it is suggested that if you will want uniforms for next season, you place the order by the end of the current season. For example, if uniforms are desired for Spring season the order should be placed at the end of the Fall season. This should alleviate any issues with back-orders in sizing.
Uniforms are the same cost as FPSA rental pricing: Youth = $45.00 / Adult = $49.00. These uniforms will include Jersey (with numbers on front and back), Shorts (with logo on left thigh) and Socks. Please provide Frontline with the specific numbers to be placed on each jersery. Player names are allowed on the back of the jersey but at an additional cost of $2.00. It should be agreed upon by each individual team whether names should be screened onto the jeresys of that team.
FPSA will provide U10 - U14 teams with goalie jersey shirts which will be replaced every 2 years at the start of the fall season. (2009, 2011, 2013)
